Supporting local life, local landscape and long-term stewardship

The ambition for Moor Lane is not only to deliver homes, but also to create lasting value through landscape, public space and community partnerships. The proposals include affordable housing, shared green spaces, edible gardens and opportunities for community use and stewardship over time.

The project team has also identified possible future collaboration with local organisations around initiatives such as community orchards, heritage and art projects, and activities linked to the landscape setting of Lindow Moss, subject to agreement with relevant partners.
